There are some threads on the Main Message Board
of Accurate Shooter about some generous shooters
joining to raise some funds to help a young small bore
shooter get some better equipment.

TAJ45 lives close to the young man and has volunteered
to receive and account for donations.

I encourage folks here to look at this and consider participation.

If I didn't believe this to be a good effort, this wouldn't be posted here.

Thanks for your consideration.

Mike, just go to the Main Forum. His Mom is Paula Hamilton and it is very fresh, prolly on first page. Helping a young shooter. Her son John is a true diamond needing Lefty rifle. All she ever asked for was a lead for a quality LH rf rifle. The guys started jumping on the band wagon.
If I knew how to post a link, I would.

By coincidence, he is part of my home club. It's there, not hard to find on Main Forum. Tom out

One more try

I hope you guys will take a another serious look at this.

This effort is to help a fine young HS student achieve his shooting ambitions.

John Hamilton is from a hard-working Indiana farm family and shows a lot of
raw talent as a lefty shooting a right handed rifle.

This group of shooters is working to raise money to assist John's family in getting
a quality left-handed rifle and for other related costs.

This is just another case of shooters helping shooters----please give this
some consideration.

45TAJ---TAJ45----just plain Tom shoots at the same club as John and has
agreed to collect donations and pass them on to John's family.

Please consider.

Deplorable?

Is it just me or is the statement "deplorable shooters" incorrect?

My bad judgement

Using the D word was my mistake-----quoting HRC sarcastically.

I'm proud to be known as a shooter-----and the other supporters of this
young man are also shooters.

Please don't let my language scare you away. I intended to request that
folks would use their judgement on the merits of this effort.

My apologies.
