It's bound to happen at some time..... in our Fall 2020 PD shoot, the ejector on my buddy's AR broke and he had to switch to another rifle, so I'm wondering, which replacement parts would be good to have on hand, just in case. I already have extra cotter pins for the bolt, as they are small and could easily get lost in the cleaning process, but what other parts would be good to have? Thanks

I have had to replace the extractor and the extractor springs on the bolts in a couple of my oldest AR's. I built those rifles back in 1993, and had a couple of failures to extract, so that is the first sign when things get weak/tired. I also have spare GI trigger parts, since I put custom triggers in some.
