Anyone know about poisoning on the Rosebud last fall?

I spoke with a fella today and said he heard that the southern part was heavily poisoned and all the shooting would be concentrated on the north end.

That would put alot of pressure on the north end dogs since all the indian guides would have their clients up there.

If anyone is headed that way in spring you may want to check with some of the locals before you drive there and find empty dog towns.

I dunno about poisoning, but there was a LOT of pressure on the dogs around Mission last year, it was elbow to elbow, by mid-June. I'm not even going this year, last year was so bad it's cooled me off for awhile. It was mayhem around there, and the shooting was pretty poor. I think I'll wait until the drought breaks up there, before planning another trip.
