Anyone know what the SAMMI specs are for the primer pockets are? Basically want the depth and the I.D. of the casing. Need them for the large rifle, large pistol, and the small & rifle/pistol. Thanks for the info. Bandit

You might try Jim Calhoun's web site, I believe he has a section on primers.
Large rifle and pistol are the same dia. but the pistol primer is shallower.
Small rifle and pistol primers are the same size. The cup thickness is less for pistol than rifle because of lower pressures and weaker hammer springs.
