61° here in Upstate NY this morning under partly cloudy skies, the high temperature for today will be up to about 77°. It will be a partly cloudy day all day with a 40% chance for showers, there will be a mild breeze of 6mph.

Yesterday morning I went to the gun club to check on things and I also shot my favorite Rem 581 for a bit. We went to my Granddaughters Pinning for the Registered Nurse class. Today is her graduation but we aren't going as it is for the whole school. She will be taking online courses for the next year while she is working in a hospital on the Pediatric unit, and graduate again with her Bachelor's degree next May. This morning I am going "Up Home" fishing.

I hope all the attendees at the Survivor Shoot have a wonderful time today and I am looking forward to the reports and pictures of it.

Prayers for the people of Ukraine.

Have a Wonderful Day Everyone.

Good morning from Waseca, it's 57, clear and mild breeze, high of 75.
Yesterday was garage sales, my wife is addicted to them. She didn't find anything but I hauled home a few treasures. A vintage wooden ironing board and several crocks. Best part is we spent under $20.00 for everything.
We went to Social Security office in Mankato. All business is conducted at a teller window and masks are required. They have an armed guard in the place. He promptly ran me out of the place , for being armed with a sheath knife. Goofy government.
Wife is going to a ladies thing this morning, I am going to the range, get there early to beat the spray and pray crowed,
Looking forward to lots of pictures from Somerset,
Ken

60° here in Somerset this morning. The sky is cloudy and I just heard some thunder. Looks like we might get some on and off rain while we’re shooting today. Sure was good to see everyone yesterday. Between Talking and shooting, I was too distracted to take any pictures at all. I’ll try to get a few today. Wishing everyone a good day.

Morning all, 63 headed to 81 with scatterd thunderstorms, hope it wont be too bad. A great time was had at Jackies, getting to see everyone, shooting some, coaching the young man I brought with me. Ended the day by going to King Buffet Chinese buffet, which is always good. Leaving in about half an hour to head back out to Jackies. Everyone have a great day, prayers for those that need them and those that will be traveling, Buff out.

Great morning folks,

Currently sunny with 69° and going up to 86° later here near HalfwayUSA. Thunderstorms likely about 2pm.

The weather for Buck Creek and The Greater Damncow Farm is rain on & off for several hours. Currently the damncows are getting soaked.

Home town rummage sales were mostly fun yesterday. I bought a large tool chest that the seller cut the price on even before I said a word. Craftsman 9 drawer chest with a couple dozen wrenches & other items. $40 for the whole thing and the seller sent two brass hammers along to sweeten the deal.

We stopped at a sale in a trailer park & they remembered JR.:ROFLMAO:

I finished stripping one chair & started on the other. I should be able to get it done today as it doesn't need nearly as much attention.

Later I get to escort Debra Dearest to a wedding & reception. That's the reason we're not at Buck Creek.:cautious:

morning all. 29 and clear, and calm for a bit, will blow again in a couple hours and it's still DRY!
Welded on a sprinkler bridge yesterday morning, after chores and cow watching, and starting a couple other sprinklers.
Got the bridge back in place and fixed another one. Hope to get another sprinkler going today.
Looking forward to pics and stories from the shoot. But time to get moving.
Have a great and safe day. Prayers for those with health issues and other problems.
GOD BLESS. Dean

Good Morning Everyone from the shores of the Chesapeake .62 at the moment headed to 70° . Rainy with slight fog at this time .
Had a busy day yesterday drove to Newport News VA to get fitted for a new suit which will be ready Thursday evening . I'll be back in Black the wife likes black suits and I'm pretty partial to black myself. Suit that is.
I've got a wedding dinner and a wedding next weekend to attend . Good friends son is getting married . Charlie is a great kid I've watched him grow up into a very respectful young man . He finished Randolph Macon college top of his class and got a free 4 year scholarship to TC Williams Law School at University of Richmond . The kid kept his nose in the books and his junior year he had a offer to join a law firm in Richmond that looks after the old money in Richmond at tax time. In other words he is doing very well. His wife to be also got her PHD in medicine . Both have been boyfriend and girlfriend since the eight grade. Yes this is one wedding I'm looking forward to going to.
Not much planned for today with the weather like it is chance of rain and thunderstorms later on.
Hopefully we will see some pictures of the shoot it's always good to be able to put a name with a face .
Everyone have a great day and stay warm dry and safe. Over and out.
Triple H

Sunny this morning, but rain is supposed to move in about 2pm. I hope to get the yard mowed about 11am or so, as it sure needs it.

Everyone at Somerset should have fun and take lots of pictures.

Morning Everyone!

Its 68º and cloudy here headed for the mid 80's with chances of rain.

The Wife's Doctors appointment yesterday went pretty quick. He told Her to take a couple of fluid pills every day and scheduled a couple of test. Her Dad died from congestive Heart Failure so fluid problems are a concern. The freight truck showed up yesterday with my new table and shelves but wasn't able to unload them by his self and I wasn't able to help. Kind of disappointed, I would have made a lot of progress getting my loading room squared away over the weekend. Oh well.........

Todays plans are still open. I have a load of stuff to sort through in the garage and get put away. I also have 3 buckets of printers type in my truck that I need to try unloading. Not a problem 10 years ago but it may be a problem today. I'm thinking maybe drag it to the edge of the tailgate and have a controlled crash to the ground. The problem is that the tailgate on a 3/4 ton 4X4 is pretty tall. We'll see..........

Looking forward to seeing pictures of the Shoot. Hope everyone is having fun.

Prayers offered for those with health problems, our Country and any others in need.

Y'all have a good one.

70 and sunny in the hollow this morning, will be in the mid 80s later. Lots to do taday, but most of it doesn't amount to anything important. I was given orders, before the wife left, to get the weeds removed from around our 30 somthing trees, so that will get done either today or tomorrow. Grass will get cut, an urgent trip into Nashville to get 5 lbs of my favorite coffee, package to take to the PO and if I have the time, some match ammo to load. Wish I could have made it to Buck Creek, but I would have had to take the dogs and the gunfire would have absolutely made them insane. Hope everyone there has a good visit and enjoys the shooting and the day.

G'day Y'all,
Rick
Let's go Brandon!!!

88* ad NO wind. Beautiful day. 2 turkeys down and one to go. WAIT..last minute text, 3 birds down and they are at lodge packing to go home. The cooks are tickled to death…😁. This should be the last group this year. 100% on turkeys again. This makes about 12-15 years in a row.
JR….I’ll trade you 3 off the neighbors cats and 2 of their dogs for JB. I might even throw in a box or 2 of primers and a brick of 22LR.
Prayers for our Country, Israel, Ukraine, and all Y’all

Good deal for the turkey hunters.

Did the mowing this morning as planned, then had lunch and ran to the post office, and on the way home from there, the skies just opened up and poured. The weather guessers said maybe about 2pm, and it was 2:10pm when I got home, and he rains started. Dumb luck on their part.
