48° here in Upstate NY this morning under cloudy skies with fog, the high temperature for today will be getting up to about 72°. After the fog burns off it iwill be a nice sunny day with a mild breeze.

I was a at home yesterday working on different things along with getting my yard all mowed. I did have to go an get the propane tank for the grill filled, we used the grill a lot this year so far. This morning I am heading "Up Home" to do some fishing, I haven't really got that much in this year so far. The river hasn't come down to the normal level it normally is for this time of the year. But as long as it stays at a fishable level I am happy.

Have a Wonderful Day Everyone.

Good morning from Waseca, it's 62, cloudy and windy. 84 predicted for the high.
Yesterday was writing and processing pictures. More of the same today. I need to learn new tricks with Adobe Indesign, guess I can work on that today also.
Hope everyone has a blessed day,
Ken.

NEVER FORGET, FOLKS

That is my message today. 20 years ago today a war was declared against us that still rages today, although many don't recognize it.

Mornin boys...
54 here high on RUGER Mt this morning.
it would have been a good squirrel morning but I didn't
get in bed til after midnite. Football game didn't go well for us.
We got beat but the boys just didn't have it together. 6 or 7 interceptions
and a fumble just don't win games. Elijah probably had his best game on both
sides of the ball. He run it several times and had some big gains. We moved the ball good, just didn't have it when we needed it. He ended up with a light concussion and Melissa took him to get checked out, scans looked good.
You all have a gooden today and GOD Bless...

Good morning folks.

Where were you??? Prayers sent for those who've lost love ones in this war against terror, and for those still fighting for our freedoms.

It's 57 on the porch headed to mid 80's I think. Have an all day outside gun drawing today. Going to be a nice day for that.

Last night after work I went to MD to get permission slips signed. Took a quick walk and found a new tree to get up for archery hunting. Natural funnel area, easy to get to without spooking things. Now I just need to get a license and some cool weather might help.

Well the coffee is ready. Better get going. Have a good one.

Building Sky World Skyscraper Font

Where was I?
Walking into the base hospital in Ft. Riley Kansas taking Justin back to the surgeon for a check up. He had been injured in his M1A1 a month earlier. TV was on. About 6 soldiers standing there looking at it...not speaking...just looking. Justin heard a code message over the intercom that the Fort was to be blocked down immediately. He said: " Y'all gotta get out of here right now, they are locking down." As we exited the post about 20 minutes later, they had the concrete barriers in place and 2 Bradley Armored Vehicles at the gate.

Little more hay baled yesterday, boss man finished a couple fields while I started another, just got too dry.
Will try again this morning, hope for some dew but don't think there is any.
Worked on the boss mans' baler some yesterday, and got mine ready for this morning.
Slept in so better get going. Prayers for our country on this day. Prayers for those with health issues also.

Great morning everyone,

Pleasant at 57° to go our clear sky here near HalfwayUSA. Nice day waiting with a high near 80° as well.

My old hunting partner is doing as well as can be expected. Seems he's grown very comfortable laying out on his couch. He hacks at golf balls a little followed by sitting on the front porch. He lives among the Jack Pines & sandy ground. Grass needs cutting about 3 times a year. I'll need to run the mower around next trip & that will be good until April next year.

My niece took another driving lesson last evening. She was apparently quite confident in herself as she was running down the back roads at about 60mph. That is a bit faster than I usually go. I didn't want to burst her bubble by explaining how inadequate the brakes & suspension are on that 56 year old Ranchero.:oops::ROFLMAO: She wants to do a refresher in a week or so before she interviews for state government job.

I bought a second Interstate battery, connectors & cable for the new camper. Those will all get mixed together today. Rather than pay $37 for 20 feet of 4 gauge wire in red and another $37 for 20 feet of 4 gauge in black, I bought 1 pair of 4 gauge jumper cables for $20. Those will get cut for the dual battery set up and I will have plenty left over for installing an inverter also. Bonus, the jumper cables are more flexible than the 4 gauge wire. That will be today's important project.

Morning Everyone!

Its 63º and cloudy here headed for the low 90's.

Yesterdays highlight was taking the Wife's Expedition in to get serviced and relieving the shop of a bucket of weights. Which I sorted after we got home. I save up my years acclumination of scrap and have a big melting day late in the Winter after the hunting seasons are closed. I'm not looking very hard anymore, just this one shop and whatever me and my running buddy spot at street corners.

The Wife is leaving out in a little while to attend the funeral of a distant cousin that passed away from cancer. She will be riding with a Brother and SIL and decided to leave me at home, unsupervised. I'm thinking about going to Deer Camp tomorrow so I'll probably spend today hooking up the trailer and loading the Polaris. That don't sound like much but I'll work a little and sit a little and I'll get-er-done!

Prayers offered for those with health issues, our Country and any others in need.

Y'all have a good one.

I had just turned the TV on in time to see the second plane hit, someone was in the tower filming. I thought it was a movie until they broke in to announce what had just happened. A very sad day for this country. With all the intrusion of illegals and the influx of the unvetted from the east, more terrorists are in our midst. Its far from over. LDS

Where was I? I was at work near downtown Kansas City, MO. Getting ready for my boss's staff meeting. Someone had turned on the TV and started watching the the happenings. Everyone was in shock. The meeting was cancelled, and looking out the window, I watched the first of several dozen planes (both general aviation and commercial) start landing at the old downtown airport in KC. FAA had shut down the air space.

Good morning. It’s 67 heading for 84 in Indy. Julie’s off to shoot steel with the danger wimmens near Versailles, IN. I think it’s where they hold the National Muzzle Loader Shoot. I’m under the supervision of Trey the wonder puppy. As in wonder what he’s gonna’ do next. Right now he’s asleep next to me in the recliner.

Got an email from Midsouth Shooter Supply this morning. It’s a list of the names of all who lost their lives 20 years ago today. WE MUST NEVER FORGET.

Have a good day

Morning all, 68 headed to 84 today. 20 years ago today, I had been out in the shop bluing 3 guns, got them done and came in the house, the wife had the tv on and she just finished telling me that a plane had hit one of the trade towers. I turned the volume up and was drinking coffee when the 2nd plane came into view and then plowed into the building. Everyone knew we were under attack after that. My son went the next day to join the National Guard. Not much planned today, but you never know what will pop up. Remember all the families that lost loved ones that day, and the families of all those serving our country who has paid the ultimate price in prayer today. Buff out.

Good Morning to all of you ffrom up here on the Praire of the Red River of the North.

.A beautiful morning just like the morning of a day I will never forget this same day of 20 years ago.
My boy and I were both in the combines harvesting beans. My wife Renee came flying across the field in the pick up towards us. Everyone knew something was badly wrong when they seen her coming like that. We all stopped and found out we had been attacked !! The whole crew climbed into the pick up and we went back to the house to watch the tv and see the carnage that was to change the world.

God Bless those families who lost loved ones that day. God Bless those who have fought in the War on Terror and those who gave it all while fighting the War on Terror. Your efforts were not wasted .
God Bless America and to all those who serve our Lord and Savior. Amen

Good morning folks, almost noon for you easterners. 57° going to 79° today
I was leaving for work on 9-11 and turned the TV on at the last minute which was odd because I never did that in the morning. I saw the towers and heard that one had been hit. I thought what kind of idiot was flying that lower, then I realized what happened. The second hit and I knew there was going to be hell to pay. I left for work and got about half way down the road and I realized this was a major world event. I was self employed at the time. I turned around and came back to watch. My mom was visiting from PA at the time. Her flight was cancelled. Pat the son of a good friend had just left the air force to go to work for United. He rejoined and flew escort for Air Force One during that time.
