69° here in Upstate NY this morning, we are to go up to about 76° today for a high temperature. There is a chance of some more rain today and then we are to have a couple of dry days which we need.

We had some bad storms last evening, it may well have some more flash flooding in the area. We were all right here but we have had about 8" of rain for the month so far.

67 this morning in NC Ohio and more clouds and few rain drops. Only taken on half inch of rain the last three days ,should be plenty for Charlie if they fly that way!!! I now have 7 different ammo for the HMR now to get some time to test the loads for accuracy. May get some work relief after the daylily meeting tomorrow. Be safe and Prayers to those and country. morning all. 47 with high 70s coming this afternoon. No rain yesterday, not sure if any during the night, haven't looked out yet. If we got 8" of rain in a month we'd wash away down the Rio Grande! That's more than we get in a year!
Worked around the shop most of the day again, have a sprinkler with a flat to change this morning, if it didn't rain we may bale some oat hay today.
Better get around and find out what's happening.

Morning folks. 72° here with light rain sprinkles. Had a quick storm last night but didn't dump much rain. Hope it clears up this afternoon. Have a company picnic. First one I'm going to in 15 years. My daughter and granddaughter will be there. And my grand will probably want to fish in the pond.

Had dinner with am old fraternity brother and his wife last night. Then a few other friends showed up. Had a rough night. A few too many cold ones. . Woke with a headache and I've drank a gallon of water. I could use a few more hours sleep, but I've got to get to the gun shop for a few hours.

Good morning from the sticks of Kentucky. Threatening skies overhead right now but the radar indicates most of the rain has passed to the south and east of us. I have a small field of hay down and it has been washed 3 times so far; just might get it wadded up if no more rain today.
I did a field yesterday afternoon and had some problems with the bailer....as usual.
#2 son and Damgrandkid are here for the weekend,, son will help me but JB is stuck with the Terror.

If I had a Smartphone I would have got a good video yesterday. I drove 4 Wild Turkey Gobblers up the. Farm lane in front of me yesterday afternoon.....knowing Otis the CAT would be waiting just around the corner...those Turkey's did a 180 turn with Otis in Hot pursuit of lunch. They finally started their engines and took to the air. Im not sure what he could have done if he caught one, but he IS a hunter.

Charlie been in the Messican hooch too much it seems. Was Skruske is missing for a couple days, guess he is catching up on letchery after DD has returned.

63° with a clear sky as the Sun works it's way higher in the sky.

Well, after many many years, I could not play the grandpa card. I had to change a diaper. It was everything you would dream it could be. Told Douglas after he got home from a short trend that he owed me a gun.

He & I went on Jackrabbit patrol last evening. The population must have crashed in the area as we only found one victim. His newly barre!ed 6-223 Ackley is a devastating round. Saw a fat badger too but left him to go about his business.

We will be seeking adventure today. Somewhere it awaits.

Good morning all. Overcast 72 in Indy this morning. Supposed to reach lower 80s with a slight chance of rain. Got outside some corned beef hash and eggs earlier and I'm about to get a grip on the Dillon. Tried some midrange 9mm loads with a new-to-me powder and sent Julie off to the range with it. 3.9 grains of Shooters World Clean Shot under a Berry 115 FMJ. They went bang, made the gun cycle, and the bullets went where she wanted 'em. Good enough for plinking and time to go into mass production.

The New Palestine Dragons football team opened their season last night with a 77-0 win over last year's state champ runner-up Kokomo Wildcats. They put up 42 in the first quarter, 70 in the first half, then put in the 3rd and 4th stringers. They be for real! Got grandkids who went there and one who still is. He's in the band and they put on a good show at half-time.

The Little League World Series has my attention so I gotta' get going before the games come on.

Got some hard rains last nite sometime as
it woke me up and its rained about all morning.
Friend is coming over this morning to see if
Tucker can put on and set up a Burris Eleminator
scope on for him. Another guy asked him to put him 1 on
a week or so ago and get his guns lined up. So I guess we might
get to smell some smoke today if the rain lets up.

PS...went to my first highschool football game last nite. Hadnt been to 1 in 30 years.
Elijah is on the team but didn't play, needs a little more time with the team to learn
the plays. Coach told him if he keeps up what hes doing in practice he be playing
before too long.

Ya, I have changed em. But the last time Doug needed changing was 30 years ago. My long standing streak is over. If word of this gets out I might be accused of being a responsible adult.
