35° here in Upstate NY this morning and that will also be the high temperature today. We have a chance of snow flurries today.

Yesterday was a little slower day at home and I got some work done here. Today I am going to take life easy as it has been a hectic week.

Have a Wonderful Day Everyone.

Good morning from Bartonville Texas, 40 degrees and clear, high of 59 today.
No one has plans for the day, which means I can go to the Dallas gunshow. This is a big one at Market Hall.
I was taken to a chiropractor yesterday who says if I drink some expensive powder stuff, wrap my arm in an Ace bandage and lift weights three times a day the tear in the biceps will heal.
Hope everyone has a blessed day,
Ken

Morning Gents! Its 37º and clear here headed for the mid 50's. It looks like it will be a pretty day today with a few more to follow.

Looks like we'll be leaving out soon to watch the youngest Granddaughter compete in a gymnastics meet. Then we'll be off to meet my other Son for a Birthday dinner where we'll get to see the other 3 Grandchildren.

You'all have a good one.

Good morning green board. It's 39° and cloudy here today with gusty winds. It's not supposed to get out of the 40's. Big change from 75° and sunshine yesterday. Sure was a nice day. Got to have a little "me time" with a fishing rod too. Hope to do more of that this year. Sent the pics to my daughter to show my granddaughter. Then I called her. She was mad that Pap didn't take her fishing. LOL

Gotta work here in a bit. Better get some coffee and breakfast in me. Have a good one.

morning all. 21 this morning, heading to 45 later.
Slept in for a few this morning, but need to get moving as we are heading out to watch our Granddaughter in a play. A four hour drive for a hour and a half play, but will be worth it! Don't get to see the Grands very often and they are growing up way to fast.
I think we only had one calf die yesterday, hope we got a handle on things, but have to watch them super close, if they get sick it's only a few hours till they are dead!
Better get moving, have a great weekend, I be back on here tomorrow some time so don't do anything I wouldn't! :D
GOD BLESS. Dean

30 degrees here and only getting to 45 today. Got the new dishwasher installed last night after getting back from the range. Most of today will be spent cutting firewood.
Make it a good day

Good morning, GoGo. It's 36 in Louisville, going to 47 and sunny.

My To Do list today is just one word: Taxes. I've done my own for years using H&R Block Tax Cut software. Sticking with the same program means a lot of the "name, rank and serial number" info pulls straight over from one year to the next. I'm pretty sure this year's changes mean I can take the new, higher standard deduction and won't need to itemize, but how are you going to know that without going ahead and adding everything up? Kind of a Catch-22, at least this first year.

UK Wildcats play the Tennessee Vols today at 3, so I'll likely knock off and watch that one. Should be a good game.

Y'all have a good'n and be safe out there.

Morning all, 25 headed to 54 today, going to be a pretty one outside! Got to run a few errands with the wife this morning, then work on a feed trough the damn cows tore up, a brand new one at that! This bunch of cows is the most destructive I have ever had on the farm in my 56 years, the dang things tear something up nearly every day. More cleaning up done in the shop yesterday, try to get some more done today, cant do but about an hour or so a day, due to putting my weight on one leg, get tired out pretty easy. You all have a good day, remember those in need of prayers, Buff out!

Mornin boys...
Phone says 37 here high on RUGER Mt this morning.
Slep in this morning and it sure felt good. Got home at 730
and spent most of the day in the hospital with the guy that
I work with. He had a nose bleed for the last 3 days and the whole time
I'd ask if he checked his pressure, nope. Yesterday he said he felt bad and
needed to rest. I finally didn't give him a choice and called a nurse from school
to come to the shop and check it. He got mad at me but I told him to suck it up.
It was 204/120. She told him he was way past stroke level. I took him to his regular
Dr. and she called me back and asked if I could take him to the hospital. She said it was 230/120. Took him and when we walked in he was bleeding bad and had to do the paper work. I got mad and told the guy what his pressure was and the Dr. had already called and set it up for him to go straight in. He called back and they came and got him. When they seen what the pressure was, he had 6 working him. They done all the tests and then the Dr. comes in and says, Your test all come back normal, he said a 3 dollar word as to what it was and gave him another med to go with the other 2 and told him to check with him Dr. and turned him loose. Long day but turned out better than I figured.
I did say a few prayers while driving and had text Melissa to be praying. Text him this morning and he said it was 167/98.
You all have a gooden today and GOD Bless...

Great morning folks,

Mostly clear, sunny soon, 56° now, 80° later out here in amongst the cactus southeast of Apache Junction.

Really great ride with exploring and prospecting all day Friday. We picked through tailings at three different mines.

We found some Zinc ore, Galena (lead ore) and the prize for the day, when I broke open a piece of quartz, a tiny needle size Peridot crystal.

We poked around the Ajax mine for a bit. This was a working Zinc & Silver mine that still holds some more but it's no longer producing.

This camping/riding area got filled in yesterday. Lots of machines burning up & down trails. I think us old folks are just going to town to treasure hunt at a flea market today.

Well morning is gone now. Sitting in the parking lot in Lexington waiting for the rest of the crew to finish in the boot barn......I just left Sportsmans warehouse with a lot less money. I picked up 3 bags of Winchester. 204 brass and some other goodies. Just about ready to head north on 75 I hope.

Everyone have a good day!
