I wonder if buying in such volume puts your name on a list some where? I shoot NATO ammo but most of my ammo are handloads. Be a lot of brass though.

I just had to chuckle when I originally saw the ad. It might be fitting for some club with a bunch of Class III guys, or maybe a police department.

Maybe 20 years ago, I split case of 8000 55gr FMJ NATO 5.56 bullets (IMI) that were only $0.03 each. They were a real bargain and shot fine, as good as Winchester or Remington bulk bullets, which were running 7 or 8 cents at the time. I still have maybe a third of them left. I do use them just for blasting ammo, steel plates, etc., not hunting or varmints.

I posted the ad on a gun owners forum I visit. There is now a discussion on how to split 13,889 rounds equally among four guys. I do wonder if there's some guy sitting in a shipping department somewhere going "13,887 13,888 13,889, break time!"
