Can someone tell me how to go directly from say the "Reloading Discussion" area to the "General Discussion" area without going back through the "Main Discussion Area"?

If there is no link I would request that links between the discussion areas be added. For us slow dial-up users the extra loading of the "Main Discussion area" page is painful.
