I took another friend out yesterday to beat the bushes for more Snipe. We had a rough start finding birds as the water is drying up and the puddles are getting harder to find. Mid morning Temp was hovering around 80 and the sun was out but by 10o'clock the wind had picked up and clouds rolled in. We finally got into some birds and we each had our limit by 2PM. Wish we had some real varmints down this way and a bit more land access. Until the gators get pulled from the list we will have to watch our step and tred lightly.

Looks like you're a genuine sniper! I'm impressed. The few times I went out for those little boogers along the St. Johns River up in Brevard County, I quickly learned how hard it is to walk the snipe flats, how wily the birds are and how damnably hard they are to hit.
