63° here in Upstate NY this morning, the high temperature is to get up to about 70° today. There is a 40% chance of showers later on this afternoon.

I didn't get to go hunting yesterday as I wanted to as I didn't feel very well yesterday. Today I would like to go but I will have to wait and see how I feel in a couple of hours.

Have a Wonderful Day Everyone.

Good morning, it's 46 in Waseca and cloudy. High of 50 and more rain likely.
I am making small amounts of progress getting the reloading room organized. It feels good. Wife has a sinus infection so she and the tom cat are holding the sofa down.
Church this morning then see what we feel like.
I hope everyone has a blessed Lord's day,
Ken

Good morning, GoGo. It's 67 in Louisville, going to 89.

Helped a young deer hunting friend mount a new scope on his Marlin .30-30 yesterday. He'd been running a Simmons on the rifle but it crapped out on him. This time he bought a Leupold 3x9 Rifleman. It's a base-level scope and only cost about $200, but it's assembled in the U.S. and carries Leupold's warranty, so it sounds like a good deal. What I really liked is that it's a fairly small scope and it looks really good on that .30-30. Also it has very forgiving eye relief so it doesn't have to be right up at the shooter's eye.

Instead of going to church, I'll be driving about two hours south to Bowling Green for a funeral. The 50-year-old daughter of a longtime quartet buddy of mine killed herself 8 days ago. Sad, sad, sad.

Y'all have a good'n, stay safe, and hug those you love every chance you get.

morning all. 40 here with mid 60s for later, along with possible showers and 35mph gusts. Calling for possible snow tomorrow :).
We're done baling hay so it can rain and snow all it wants. It's so dry and warm that a change would be welcome.
Only two more sprinklers to drain for the winter, Gwyn went along and help me yesterday, should have got pictures of her up the ladder pulling the sand traps off the tall sprinklers but didn't want her throwing tools down on my head!
Off to town for church, no wally world today. Gwyn took my calf check to town and went shopping yesterday morning.
Have a great Lords' day and give Him praise for all we have and answered prayers.
GOD BLESS. Dean

Great morning folks here from southcentral PA. It's 64° here and very foggy out. Can't hardly see the back of the yard. I can see deer pieces and parts moving about, but can't tell what they are. Yesterday morning I saw 6-7 does and fawns. Worked at the shop and it was crazy for a while. Don't know why, but busy is good for business. I hunted at the house last night. Saw a small, medium and jumbo doe and the little 6 point I've been watching grow all summer. The does are buck bait...they'll draw the big boys out of the neighbor's posted ground here in a few weeks. Just need to be in the stand when they do.

Congratulations Justice Kavanaugh! The country might have a chance now. I'm glad the Senate saw thru the charade the Dumbocrats tried and agree wholeheartedly with Greyfox's message he's shared the last few days. (Oh and [email protected]$k Chuck Todd, the little whiner bitch! He's surely got his panties in a wad this morning. I love it.)

That's enough of the politics. Need to get some coffee in me and get busy. Want to wash the boat and get it ready for our Delaware trip in a few weeks. Also, I need to clean and cover up the camper. I doubt we get to use it anytime soon. Have a good one folks.

Good Morning from the sticks of Kentucky where it is also foggy jut like Charlie said. I let the Damcows in the field beside my house and I can hear them but cant see them.
Boy the dipshats on CNN are losing their minds over the Kavanaugh confirmation. This is what Josef Gobbels did in the 1930's Germany but the internet wasn't around them.

Dean has turned his cowcheck over to Gwyn....that could be hazardous. After I get back from Italy I will be loading out a bunch here. I need a tank of fuel but have to wait till I sell calves to buy it...farming and ranching.

Coyote George just killed a Coyote up on the HILL; I think he wants me to drag it down to the yard and make a photo with him. I'll be up later George, soon as the rif raff upstairs wakes up.

NO Skruske today? I know he's pedaling West unless some of the wimmen at the HS Reunion captured him last night. He is a handsome devil.

I got my wood on the back porch but I aint ready for cold weather.....

Slep in this morning. Went to the annual pigout
last nite and eat way too much. Seen old friends we
only get to see once a year. Stayed too late but we all
enjoyed it. It's still not here for Oct. got upper 80s last week.
Tucker went and set in a stand yesterday morning but nothing
was moving.
Heard that the rocks had started to run, guess I know what's going to
happen to my comp time...lol
You all have a gooden today and GOD Bless...
