68° here in Upstate NY this morning with the high temperature to go up to about 78°. We had some rain yesterday and there is a chance of rain for the next three days.

I was busy yesterday and this morning I think I will try and get up to the range and do a little shooting.

Have a Wonderful Day Everyone.

Good Morning

Morning George and others to follow. 65 here in NC Ohio with partly sunny skies on the way. I have a 20 cubic yard truck load of topsoil on the way today, will dump it on a tarp to keep it clean of weed seed and cover with another tarp. I had better finish this coffee and get at it too be ready. Prayers to those and country. Mike

Good morning from Lebanon, we had a great time at the concert last night. It was over at 10:30. Music for the rest of the week, last concert is Saturday.
Weather is warm but not to hot, enjoying being outside.
Hope everyone has a blessed day,
Ken

morning all. 52 here with30% chance of showers this evening. 83 for a high today.
Baled some hay yesterday morning but it got too dry so will have to finish the field this morning.
Worked in the shop most of the day, got the big swather back together but now the AC doesn't work at all, service man coming today to take a look at it.
Sprinkler standing back on it's wheels now, I have to do some electrical work on it and replace all the nozzles that got broke off when it rolled over.
More hay was cut yesterday, more for today too.
Better get around, have a great day. Remember those in need of prayer.
GOD BLESS. Dean

Good morning folks. It's81° great Cape Hatteras. CTKen, be glad you didn't come. The fishing is horrible. The wind is starting to lay out, and we made it out to try some wreck fishing yesterday but only caught a few sea bass. Was really rough and we got tossed around quite a bit. Then we tried a little trolling, but no luck there. I haven't had my boat in the water yet. Maybe today we'll dunk it and take the girls to the sandbar. The surf has been too rough for them to swim. We can go back into the bay and cool off. It's going to be a hot one. Hopefully we make it offshore tomorrow.

Time for coffee and breakfast. Have a good one.

Good morning, GoGo. It's 71 in Louisville, going to 81, so should be a pleasant day.

Charlie, I'm sure sorry your fishing vacation has't included much fishing. Sounds like you're making the best of the situation, though. I was aboard my brother's new jon boat a few years ago when he ignored the weather and insisted on going out in a storm. Luckily when the waves started washing over the gunwales we were close to a sandbar we knew about. I forget the number, but it cost him a significant amount to get a salvage boat out there to suck the water out and refloat his boat. Don't want that happening to you.

Y'all have a good'n and be safe out there.

Around 70º at 6:00 AM in the hollow, going to upper 80's or low 90's later today. For early August the weather is quite good. Today is nothing out of the ordinary with some plumbing repair and maybe a haircut, what little is left of it.

Yesterday, OTOH, was special. My 4th grandson (5th grandchild) came into the light at a very reasonable 3:30 PM. He was scheduled for appearance on August 13th, but was growing so fast that inducing labor seemed a better idea. He weighed 7lbs 8 oz and has a good set of lungs. He wasn't happy to leave a warm, comfortable place to come into a very cold hospital room. He is the son of my youngest who will be 30 in October. It's pretty cool to see my baby boy holding his baby boy. He will be a good Dad, much better than me.

G'day Y'all,
Rick

Congratulations Greyfox!
That is a special moment when you get to see your son holding your grandson.
