64° here in Upstate NY this morning, the high temperature for today is to be about 74°. There is a chance of rain for both today and tomorrow and it supposed to be nice for the weekend.

Yesterday wasn't to bad a day, busy but still not to bad. I will be on the road quite a bit for both today and tomorrow. It looks like we are going to be making an archery range at the gun club as some members are interested in having one.

Have a Wonderful Day Everyone.

Good morning, 59 in Iowa. High in the 80's with no rain.
Talked to a realtor yesterday, she was not positive. I am going to try to set up for a garage sale, maybe this weekend.
I was so tired and sore from working last night. I will be glad to get back to my own life.
Hope everyone has a blessed day,
Ken

Good Morning

60 this morning in NC Ohio going to 80 and still cloudy. I think its dry enough to go back to working in the garden. Nothing else going on around here. If any board members from the south need a place to stay, like Charlie I would open my doors to anyone needing a place to stay. I hope the good Lord does not make that as bad as projected, I'm sure lots of help will be available if needed. Be safe and Prayers to all in harms way. Mike

Great morning folks,

59° with clear conditions as the sun lights things up here near Halfway USA. We saw 80° for a bit yesterday. Today should be more of the same, it was simply a nice day all day.

The caliper and bracket got changed on the ******* Limo. Actually a simple job. Looks like rotors will need to be replaced in the future. I bought an original fuel door on ebay & got that painted to match the ******* Red of the rest of the truck. I took off the formerly shinny locking corroded fuel door. The cheap imported stuff just doesn't hold up in this wet climate. It is not an accessory I would buy, but it was on the truck when I got it. It's back to 'normal' now.

DD & I have enjoyed riding our fat tire bike the last couple evenings. Weather has been perfect for it as the evening settles in. Last night we rode around a nearby university. Lots of interesting scenery on colleges these days.:D

Grass may get cut today. It doesn't need it bad but the next few days are filled with fun & frolic. Cut it now & it won't be a mess on Monday or so. Rummage sales, kayaking, cuttin' up are in store.

Dinner this evening with Mike, Corey, Craig & their families. Guests of honor riding in from the south this afternoon. Hope they have a safe trip.

morning all. 45 here 39 over in town. High seventies or higher for today. Was hot for this time of year yesterday.
Got half of a field baled yesterday before the little bit of dew dried up, about 60 acres, will finish that on today. Had baler problems for a bit but got them fixed.
The old Mack truck we stack with had a radiator leak yesterday morning so spent most of the afternoon working on it, I think I got it fixed...we'll see.
Also worked on one of the swathers, new chain and a couple guards on the sickle.
Boss man gone to the mountains to chase damcows. Guess I'm in charge for the day :D.
Have a great day, prayers for those in Flos' path.
GOD BLESS. Dean

Morning folks. It's 73º and raining again here in froggy south central PA. It's rained every day now for a week. I thought we might get off yesterday with just a bit of drizzle, but last night it poured. At least it's timing was good. I mowed the grass in the back yard with the push mower, limed, fertilized and seeded some bare spots. I spread 8 bags of top soil prior to seeding. Trying to get a good seed bed established so the seed can take root. I thought I had it this summer, but the new grass just couldn't take the heat. Hopefully it grows and establishes itself over the winter and spring.

Spent the rest of the evening fixing fishing rods. Going to meet up with Snake River Marksman, his wife and another couple at the end of October in Delaware. I picked up a couple extra fishing rods from mom's yesterday, and 4 of the 4 I grabbed were broken. Tips/guides busted off, handles cracked. I grabbed some parts from the shop and got everything in working order last evening. Even spent a little time servicing the reels. I have to order new line, but I have plenty of time to get that done between now and Oct.

Well, I guess I better get busy. Work never ends. Prayers for those in Flo's way. Have a good one.

Charlie

Good morning, GoGo. It's 62 in Louisville, shooting all the way up to 86 today. We aren't expecting much weather from the hurricane, which is fine by me. It would sure be great if Florence continues to calm down.

Scott, you didn't mention specifically, but my guess is that your big weekend involves the Damcowfarmer and Judy Brown. Do your best to keep everyone out of jail and hold property damage to a minimum.

Y'all have a good'n and be safe out there (especially you Michiganders).

Thursday

Good morning all. 61 heading for 81 in Indy. No rain forecast for a couple of days despite the "red sky in morning" we had. Had to conjure up some activities for the day. Right now it looks like a trek to the far NE side to visit Cabelas and Duluth Trading. Mostly window shopping but ya' never know.

Prayers for those in the path of Florence. It could get rough!

Have a good day.

Quiet day in Middle TN. Started out in the low 60's and will make it to the upper 80's. Nothing special going on, just the usual stuff. My wife is working with her service organization later today thru Saturday afternoon and will be away from home all of each day. So I'm basically unsupervised, which could be dangerous. Finishing up loading for Saturday's UBR match in Newburgh IN and looking forward to some cooler fall days. And glad I don't live on the Carolina coast.

G'day Y'all,
Rick
