32° here in Upstate NY this morning, the high temperature will get up to about 38° today. At least it isn't suppose to be so blustery today as it was yesterday.

Yesterday I spent some time at new customer that I picked up, a couple that owns a local campground. I will be there for awhile today and that is all right with me, very nice people.

Have a Wonderful Day Everyone.

Good morning, it's 45 right now, getting to near 60 today.
Yesterday went well, property is sold, and I stopped by the little gun shop to chat. A 4 pound container of Herter's shotgun powder followed me home. Never seen a container of that type before.
Today is back to Mankato for round two at the DMV. I hate to deal with the beauraracy.
Hope everyone has a blessed day,
Ken

Good Morning

28 here in NC Ohio with a dry day on the plan. Not so this weekend. Need to pickup two hoses and attempt to get more beds filled with dirt. I don't want the pile of good topsoil that I have to freeze solid. Only good thing about winter, I'll have more time to work on the reloading bunker, long overdo for a good cleaning. Well better get going , a good cup of Colombian, a warm home and NO BOMBS IN MY MAILBOX!! Life is Good. Be safe and Prayers to those and esp. THIS COUNTRY. Mike

Good morning folks. Off today and up a tree at the moment. 35° here and deer should be moving. Saw a bunch last night all does and fawns. Headed to Lexington Market today for a crab cake then picking up Snake River Marksman at the airport and headed to Bethany Beach for the weekend. Hope to fish tomorrow before the gale on Sat. Have a good one.

morning all. 30 and still wet. In to the mid 50s later. Rained all day yesterday, just a mist but we got six tenths out of it. Most moisture we've had for a while.
Worked cattle most of the day, in the rain. Wasn't bad, not cold and NO WIND!!! :). Also had to repair three tires, two on the feeding truck and one on my farm pickup. Nice when they are all muddy.
Don't know what will take place around here today, would like to get a chance to go the range for a bit.
Charlie, tell Larry hello for us. We didn't get a chance to see them the last time we went north. And now that the kids moved from Idaho, I don't know when we'll make it back that way. :(
Better get, have a great day. Prayers for the country and others.
GOD BLESS. Dean

Had a productive day yesterday with odd jobs around the house, the kitchen redo is going pretty good (I'm NOT involved with that except for the $$). Hope to get the 30amp RV plug wired up and installed today out at the shed so I can have full electric power to the TT when needed. Had been just using a regular 110 outlet to cool the fridge in prep of a trip, after the 30amp plug is finished, can run the AC & furnace if needed or when I'm not in the doghouse about something.;)

36 on the way to 72 at beautiful Mt.Shasta.

Don’t know what’s on the agenda today. After a 40 year career with everyday booked, I really enjoy having nothing on the calendar! Who knows what trouble I could get into.

Have a great day and be careful out there.

Morning

Good morning one and all. It's 39 in Indy heading for 54. Got nothing on my dance card for today so I'll probably roam around the reloading dungeon and the laundry room. I'm semi-domesticated.

Shot 4 different home-brew loads in the Valkyrie yesterday. Nothing spectacular but when I turned the gun over to Julie it showed a distinct preference for Hornady 75 ELD-M over the 69 SMK. Gonna' have to try some more recipes. This is the first time I've used CFE223 and it appears to have done what they claim. Very little copper indication upon cleaning.

Off to see what the day brings. Have a good day.

Cloudy & 54º in the hollow. Don't know what happened but I slept til just past 7:00 today. I'm not covered up with stuff today, but should stay busy with business stuff. Have to unload the trailer and reload for Saturday's UBR match, make a batch of white bean soup for the match, collect for some credit card payments, etc.

Have a pic from yesterday of the new range shed. We should get the roof on by tomorrow and finish it Monday if we can get past the rain. Slab underneath will be next followed by the benches. A match this fall may be possible, but not really likely. Like everything with this project, it depends on the weather. We have a couple of springs right in front of the firing line that we have to put in drains to accommodate, but we knew it might be a problem. Still have to make a drive downrange for target placement. Coming together.

G'day Y'all,
Rick

Dang does that cover both the long and short range or is that just one? Looks like there plenty of room! Hope I get to come see it soon!

Shane, the range shed covers both firing lines. The competition line will have 30 benches and will range to 400 yards when we are finished with it. For now, it is compete out to 200 meters and 300 yards. The other section will have 12 benches and will be used all the time for shorter shots and when the competition range is having a match.

Pistol bays are the next to be constructed and will be further up one hollow.
There will be five and will be used for IDPA competition and plinking.
The shotgun range will be last. We have two trap machines that have just been rebuilt and returned to us.
