Good Morning

32 here in NC Ohio with rain over next couple of days. Well not much done yesterday, but that changes as to who you compare too! I did get the little Xmas tree set up on the dinning room table and waiting on that nice elf from Tennessee to decorate it !!! Well its warmer today so I might ruin a groundhogs snooze by getting rid of some wood ashes. Be safe and Prayers to those and country. Mike

morning all. 17 to start, 32 for a high today, it got into the low 50s yesterday!
We got snow last night, almost made the ground white!
Worked in the shop yesterday when I wasn't out chasing damcows. One bunch decided the barley stubble on the other side of the fence was better than the alfalfa stubble on our side. Sure most will be out somewhere this morning too. Gives my dog a workout running them all back in.:)
Whacked another coyote yesterday, thought I had most of them trained but this one just had to stop and look back at around 400yds.
Better get moving along, Gwyn may have slick roads this morning.
Have a great day, remember those in need of extra prayers.
GOD BLESS. Dean

Good morning everyone.....not sure what the weather is supposed to do today but it's not as cold as it was yesterday morning. I got out of driving to Wilmore as my wife took the day off work to go so I could stay and try to get my parts done by tomorrow and get them out the door.

Not much else going on right now really besides work. My buddy found out the big deer he had been seeing on his trail cam got taken down by a 10yr old. It was a 12pt I guess and pretty darn big. He was just glad the grumpy neighbor to the property didn't get to shoot it....the guy tried to tell him he owned the property and run him off before he realized who my buddy was.

Well have a good day!

Good morning,GoGo.It's a warm, warm 47 degrees in Louisville thanks to clouds and rain that's coming in sometime tonight. Today's high will be 52.

Weather guessers are calling for 1 to 1.5 inches of rain Friday and Saturday, which will definitely bump us into the 2nd wettest year on record here. I don't remember the all-time record, but I think we're in range of that one, too. Gonna have to throw up dikes and raise rice instead of corn and beans, I guess.

Should be a busy day at work, but hopefully routine.

Y'all have a good day and be safe out there.

Great morning folks,

Thin clouds with a chance for partly sunny today as we start with 31.8° and heading to 38.1° later here near Halfway USA. ;)

The get together with Mike & Corey was enjoyable as usual. Mike just picked up a second job as adjunct instructor at a local community college. He & Corey will be working together in the welding instruction shop. Corey is also working toward his education masters degree. Both of them are burning the candle at both ends and in the middle. I'm proud of them as though they were my own sons.

Mike delivered the oak stair treads. I will have to get them cut to fit so Deb can stain & poly them when she does her fireplace mantel. She let slip that those two projects will be done by Dec 22 - her family Christmas gathering at the Halfway House.

One last little detail. I had to keep Mike's meat grinder. Deb "found" 15 pounds of unground Elk in the freezer that overlooked earlier in the week.

Morning boys. 40 something here I'd guess. Had a safety meeting this morning. Pretty interesting, so it wasn't a waste. Headed back to the office now. Lots of work to get done by the end of the year and lots of parties, lunches and holidays shorten the available work time. Such is life. Didn't do much last evening. Now that hunting season is mostly over, I don't know what to do with myself. Maybe I'll hit the loading dungeon and get Tyler some 6.5 CM loads together before Christmas.

Have a good one gang.

Medium high overcast, mid 40s, 58% stupidity, barest of breezes.
Finally located a p/u I wouldn't mind owning - in Sevierville, TN.
We'll see if the dlr can work something out.
Men's Bible Study fish fry tonight and that is about it for anything planned. I do need to get the winter cab housing on the golf cart mounted and squared away.
It's going on a local lot for someone to let it follow them home.
Naturally I ran the Subie through the car wash y'day after my dental visit and haircut, so rain is coming. That last coat of polish does make it stand tall.
That's about it from suhthern Indiana. -. OH WAIT........... IT'S

S. H. I. T. Right Charlie??!! 😉

Good morning

42 headed to 55 today with no rain.
I have Christmas shopping to do today. Most of it this year will be online. I like getting things my wife likes but don’t like the crowds. We have to suffer a little or it does not count as a present.:) right?
I chased all over looking for a calendar I knew my wife wanted last year. I finally got fed up and went home, a few taps on the iPad later it was bought. My wife slipped up this year. She in the past has been able to get things on Amazon with out me seeing it. Last night a conformation of sale came thru on my email for a really nice ultrasonic cleaner that I had been looking at. Not sure if I am going to play dumb of tease her about it. It is big enough to fit my largest suppressor.
Going to diner and shopping next Thursday with my oldest daughter. That will be fun. Her sister will be home for a few days that Saturday from her new job at Mayo. She like the job and will take MN snow over Oregon rain.
Have a great day gang green board.

Morning

Just snuck in before it's no longer morning. Just before damnoon in Indy and it's 43 heading for 47. Being sorta' domestic today. Just put a load of laundry in the washer. Don't see a need to go out again until the usual Mex dinner this evening.

The new gun shop "dropped the ball" and didn't order the A2 stock I asked for last week until yesterday. He said they might have it tomorrow and no later than Monday. OK, sez I and asked if it included all the hardware I'd need. He said he'd call the manufacturer and call me back, which he did. They told him it included everything I'd need but I have my doubts. There's no mention online of a castle nut, receiver end plate, or the A2 buffer tube extension. I got the nut and plate from my regular gun shop. They didn't charge me for the plate. That's the kind of stuff that keeps customers. I like the guy at the new store but don't think he's going to make it if this is his "normal". We shall see. Oh yeah....my regular store, Beech Grove Firearms, has lunch for the customers on Friday. Chicken and noodles tomorrow! Ya' gotta' like that!

"Musical scopes" starts here in a minute. Trying to figure out which of my herd of scopes should go on which AR. Toughest decision I have today.

Have a good'n.
