Good morning, GoGo. It's a warm, warm 46 degrees in Louisville. You can probably guess that the warm temps mean the rain and southerly winds have arrived here, and you'd be right. It's supposed to bump on up to 58, with light rain.
I'm working from home today, but start out downtown with a monthly food distribution charity project. About 10-12 of us from Humana meet at a parking lot, set up tables, unload a big panel truck and then pass out canned goods and other packaged goods to those in need. The charity is called Dare to Care and I think it has expanded into a lot of other communities. The rain will make things a little messy, so I hope it stays light.
Over the past couple of weeks I've gotten my garage dug out enough to work on one of my knife projects a little. I'm putting some birdseye maple scales on a fixed-blade skinner. I've made a few small mistakes on this one, but I think it'll turn out OK.
I have a Ken Farrell one-piece scope base for a Savage and a set of 30mm Burris Signature Zee Rings
for sale here on the Accurate Shooter board. You can ping me here if you don't want to register over there. These parts are as new, only used the rings about six months. I needed to save some weight and replaced these parts with aluminum ones.
Y'all have a great day and be safe out there.
