33° here in Upstate NY this morning, right now we are getting some rain but they are calling for snow showers today. We could get up to an inch of accumulation and the high temperature for today is only to be 34°.

I had a busy day yesterday and it looks as if today will be the same. I have one customers laptop here for him to pick up today, I have an appointment at 8:00AM to start the day off.

Have a Wonderful Day Everyone.

Good morning from Bartonville Texas, it's 35 with light rain. Been raining since Tuesday night. Fortunately no snow or ice, yet.
We made 3 miles Tuesday before breaking a suspension spring. Got it fixed yesterday afternoon. We decided to wait until 5he weather clears before going to Trinity. High temperature is just 36 today.
Hope everyone has a blessed day,
Ken

Good morning. It’s 27 on the southside of Indy heading for 40. Got an appointment for a new windshield in the truck this morning. Found out the guy at State Farm who handles glass breakage claims doesn’t share my sense of humor. He asked if the crack was as long as a $1 bill. I told him it was at least as long as a $5 maybe a $10. Locked him up! I’m still grinning about it. Life’s just to serious for some folks I guess. Breakfast time and I’m not joking about that.

Have a good day.

morning all. Well here we are at -20 this morning but it's supposed to get to 25 above today.... we'll see.
Lots of elk yesterday morning, around a thousand head, they wouldn't go back into the hills so just stayed around and tore up fences all day.
Dentist appt. went well, just a cleaning. Then a short trip to Walmart for new wiper blades for my work truck. And the New Holland store to get a $800. started for the blue loader. Cold weather is taking it's toll on things.
I got home just before dark and found the Ford feeding pickup was left outside, went to put it away and the started is out of it too. Don't know why the boss man didn't let me know that while I was in town!
Better move along, going to be thick ice to chop and fork out of the stock tank and creek this morning.
Have a great day and be safe and warm.
GOD BLESS. Dean

good morning folks. It's about 40º here with clouds. Not sure what the weather man says for today. Didn't bother looking. Feels like rain, snow or something. Day 3 of the diet. Down 7 lbs according to my scale.:) I'd like to lose 25 total. So far so good. I just need to get into the new routine, but the no carbs thing sure is hard. I left the garbage man a cooler full of Coors Lights left over from the Holidays. I can't have them (not my flavor anyway) so I figured they could use them up. Hope they see them and don't throw them out! LOL

Well, I guess I better get busy. Prayers offered. Have a good one folks.

Great morning all,

30°, overcast with a covering of snow here near Halfway USA. Warming later.

DD & I are headed 40 miles to the dentist this a.m. Gonna find out how her Ford Edge does on slick roads.

He asked if the crack was as long as a $1 bill. I told him it was at least as long as a $5 maybe a $10. Locked him up! I’m still grinning about it.
I've played that game with insurance adjusters. Know this - they do not have your interest in mind when they ask those kind of questions.

A rock chip is one thing. A spider crack WILL get me a new windshield every time. Them spider crack seem to grow larger rapidly just prior to the phone call that goes out to my insurance company.;)

Good morning everyone. At the shop running the sandblast cabinet on some old car parts this morning. A guy I done a little meatal work for on a couple of cars dropped them off and asked me to come look at his new old car...a 67 Chevelle Malibu....a very rusty one too. By my thinking it needs new floor pan, trunk pan, wheel houses, quarter panels, tail panel, doors, and fenders, and the rear deck section behind the back glass....all of which you can buy. I have ben asked to "help" on the thing. Can't do it here at my shop as I can't tie up floor space that long. He has a shop but then I have to go there to do it probably evenings and not sure what kind of tools he has there to do it with.

Off to the Hog barns sometime today to finish up some feeders soon as they get them done....supposed to be done here shortly. I hope so cause after tonight there will be about 2400 ween pigs in there and the smell will get worse and the noise will go up.....a barn full of squealing pigs is way to loud for me to handle very long.

Well have a good day!

GOOD morning from the sticks of Kentucky. We have had a sprinkle last night but nothing to make the Mud any deeper, today in the mid 40s I think.
Dean has bad weather to contend with folks, I just think I will stay in Kentucky with the Mud. When it gets that cold, the farm equipment does not work well.
Yesterday I got all industrious and dug a big hole, but never found the water leak. Today I will dig another hole. Then if I don't find the leak I just don't know what to do next.
The AR project was on hold but i may remember to test it today.

VACATION is almost over...Judy Brown is in LAX waiting for her flight. I may go to Lexington and pick her up later today. I may. Maybe not. Maybe she could hitch hike home??
Shane, that old Chevy sounds like an Indiana car with all the rust. Good luck on that one.
Out to feed the Damcows and Otis the Orange Tomkat .
I may not even dig the hole let Judy Brown dig it.
Y'all be safe today.

Doug, we use that dollar bill trick at sight in days. When we check for interference with a dollar bill, rest assured that someone will tell them to use a $5 bill. it is more accurate. And, we saw someone actually take out a fiver to test..

Those days can be entertaining and exciting.

JR, that sounds like the advice on who loves you more, your dog or your wife. Lock them in the trunk of your car for a few hours and see which one is happy to see you when you open the trunk!

Another gray day in Middle TN. Temps will be in the 40's all day with no sun in sight. Like JR, we got a little rain last night, but as wet as things are one can't really tell the difference. I don't have a lot of urgent stuff to do, but I will have to spend some time unclogging a downspout that is filled with starling nests and bird skeletons. I'm real excited about that :(.

G'day Y'all,
Rick

37° and not much more to go but the w?/e is scheduled to warm up to mid 50s or better. May try and wash the truck.
I lost the battle this morning. I kept telling myself that I needed to get to the ellyptical. I was able to successfully ignore myself. Not good.
The sun finally broke through and boy is it welcome. Dreary gray is a real downer.
Docinabox, on my THIRD visit for full ear w drainage said bc of non responsiveness, I may have a growth behind the drum, putting pressure on it. She will call the ENT to build a fire to move my late Feb appt up. I'm on the "call if a canx" now.
Cats to feed, brass to find, fuel tank filters to change, basic primer to write for Dean's bil/boss, lots on the plate - prolly no exercising though.......I am soooo lazy. Tom out
