14° here in Upstate NY this morning, the high temperature for today will get up to about 21°. It is to be a partly sunny day but no snow, we got about 1 to 1-1/2" of the white stuff yesterday. A lot better than what they were first predicting.

It will be a busy day today, first appt. at 8:00AM, then I will be busy the rest of the day. We have a executive board meeting for the gun club tonight at 7:00PM to finish my day off.

Have a Wonderful Day Everyone.

Good morning everyone. At the shop waiting for the coffee to finish. Got plenty to do today it seems. The dairy brought over their busted up shit covered goose neck cattle trailer.. Hopefully it's not a bigger pain in the ass than it appears to be.
Got more wire spools to weld on as well and still have a stone bucket here to refurbish. Hopefully things go well and I can get it knocked out fairly quick.

I need to get my Tac 20 AR tore down yet again to get it cerakoted along with my REm.700.

Well hope everyone has a good day!

morning all. 26 this morning, mid to upper 40s later. Got to 48 yesterday with a "breeze", sure took the snow off the mountain.
Got the welding done on the blue loader and now only have to put the hoses back in the brackets and get the loader frame back on the tractor, plus a few other odd servicing things that need finished up. Also got the trailer pulling pickup up and running again. Was a busy day around the shop for a change.
Today I have a eye doc appt. early afternoon so that will blow getting much done after chores.
Been seeing several coyotes around, mostly in the neighbors cows. They've started calving and no one watches them so the coyotes do! Keeps them out of our cows anyway
Better get, have a blessed day, remember the prayer requests.
GOD BLESS. Dean

Good morning, GoGo. It's 34 in Louisville, only going to 38. Our next precip is due Sunday, rain turning to snow. We'll see. At least we've had a few dry days to give the river a chance to drop a little.

Not much else to report here and I have to be downtown early, so I'll wish everyone a great day. Don't forget to be safe out there.

good morning folks. It's 34º here with sunshine. Little warmer today and feels like spring, but that's not going to last long. Looks to be sub-freezing in the north all next week. Yuck. Got my new (used) prop on the boat last night after work. have about 7 weeks to wait for Striper season. Donnie, can you believe it's been almost a year since our visit? Time sure does fly.

Brought in some kindling to get the stove going and took out the ashes. I'll probably be burning up the rest of my coal next week but still need some small stuff to get the coal going.

Back on the diet this week, I'm still +1 lb from before my vacation, but it's dropping right off again. Hope to lose another 10-15 and stay there.

Duty calls. Prayers sent. Have a good one!

Good morning from the sticks of Kentucky where we have cloudy skies and 42° with rain on the way.
I have 3 Coyote traps out and i just checked them...Zero again. I had photos of them night before last in the spot where I set traps.

Yesterday i cleaned the chimney out because it was smoking out in the house. It was in a 6 ft section and plugged pretty good. I got a couple buckets of cresote out of it.

Got to get hay on the ground before the rain hits. So yall be safe.

Creosote. I think all the rain we have been having added to the problem with creosote but it's just something you have to do every winter on a nice sunny day.

I go to work. It was somewhere around 40 this morning
here high on RUGER Mt this morning.
Rain just started here a few minutes ago. These sunny days and warm
weather sure felt good.
Charlie, don't seem like it's been that long...
Ain't got a clue where the backwaters are but I'm sure it's close to the dam by now.
Guess that means all the walleye will be up there waiting on me this year...lol
Hope you all had a gooden today and GOD Bless...
