took a drive today around the hills . They are 10 miles east of the house. wifes Uncle lives up there and we had a gift to drop off. ( late as usual) :>)
Hope I get the pictures in order . Hills from Home , Eagle on road with magpies bothering it. It got tired of us and took off. Lovely eagle , guestimate wing span of 6' or more. Nice day mid 30's and no wind. Yesterday it was 18 degrees with a SE wind . (Cold) Also removed one more stupid pigeon from the gene pool . Easy shot with the 17HMR @ 75 yards. No hole in the bin roof :>)

Finally the Eagle got nervous with us being so close and took off. Darn Camera really does not do justice to the size of this beauty. Could not see what was on the road it was eating but magpies wanted it.
