Can anyone suggest a place in this area for public trap shooting ?

Howdy, not a trap shooter however I am a member of the Hernando County Sportsmans Club and we offer the shotgun sports and an open range to the public.

There is also a Silver Dollar trap range perhaps closer to you however you'd be most welcome at our club.

I think that's out of my brother's territory, but he is the hunter's safety and education coordinator for the north-west part of Fla. It might be worth while to contact them as well. They know of most of the ranges and what ones are open to the public, etc. They seem to also have a good data base on not only all the ranges, but what they have to offer, safety record, clubhouse, etc.
