27° here in Upstate NY this morning, the high temperature is only to get up to about 29° today. We have snow on the ground and a 40% chance of some today so it will be a white Christmas.

I haven't been on here the last few days as I have been sick. Luckily today I am now feeling better and getting over it. This is the first time I have been sick like this in quite sometime.

Have a Very Merry Christmas Everyone!!

Merry Christmas to all of my fellow board members and their families. Up before my wife and daughter (as usual), getting the tree lit and the fire going. Plan is to gather per tradition at Mom's with the entire extended family.

I hope whatever you own plans are they include good fellowship with close friends and family.

Great Christmas morning to all,

Mostly cloudy and showing 29° with just a little snow left on the ground here near Halfway USA. A warming trend later in the week is expected - upper 40's and possibly 50° closer to the weekend. We will pay for that on the other end of Winter or early Spring.

Last minute errands were run off last evening. Deb & I cruised the road looking at lights a bit. We settled in for the night at home about 10pm.

Today we are headed to the flood house for Christmas dinner with Mike's mom and that part of "our family". I don't know I've ever explained it here - Mike & my son Zac were close friends all through school and also Doug by extension. Mike's two brothers have always been part of the picture as well. I took all three under my wing & showed them how to stay out of trouble by not getting caught. :D Deb & Shelly were always the good influence. We've often said them 5 boys had two sets of parents. I can tell you this, I am proud of every one of them and they have grown to be fine men in their own right.

Merry Christmas everyone.

Merry Christmas

Visited Dad’s family in Indiana yesterday evening. Waiting for Mom, Dad and our 3 kids to show up this morning for breakfast. Later today we will celebrate with my wife’s family which is only about 4 miles away. It’s always good to visit with everyone and hear what is going on with them. Each year I’m reminded of how the little ones are growing. Some of my “little” cousins showed up last night with their kids who are now teenagers.

A good Christmas morning to all. Spent Christmas eve day w/all
of my cousins. All of our parents have gone on. Its hard to believe
how this group, just a few yrs ago(In memory), was just kids.
Life seems to pass quicker the older you get. Make the most of it.
Thank you Jesus. LDS

Merry Christmas to all! It's a chilly 29º here and the sun is trying to peek over the hills. Supposed to warm up a bit later and the rest of the week, with rain coming in. Miss Sue woke me up while she was tending to the turkey this morning. Hard to sleep with that smell.:) She put it on about 10PM last evening and it's done already. My family is coming over about 4PM and I still have some work to do. I'll put a deer ham on the smoker here in a bit and help Miss Sue get the tables and chairs up. But first, I'm going to finish my coffee and surf the net a bit. ;)

Prayers to all the sick and those in need. Special prayers for our troops who are far away from family today, so we can be home with ours.

Have a good one gang!

39 going to 60 today. The best thing recently, is we have been getting rain regularly. That means plenty of snow in the mountains also. The dogs and I have been out chasing birds between storms. It nice to see green cover again.

Merry Christmas to all of gang here on the board. A fine group of people for sure! Hope you are able to enjoy the day with those that have special meaning in your life.

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas to all on the green board. 46* and cloudy on the way to 56* later today. No snow for the northern Ozarks this year. Supposed to be windy and cloudy for most of the week here. We are supposed to get some of Dean's wind and dirt, hope he gets some rain or snow to even it out for him. We could use a little more moisture here too, been a really dry year for us.

Randy you must have been a really good boy this year for Santa to drop that rifle down your chimney. That is a beauty, if it shoots as good as it looks, it should be really something.

Prayers for all the ones in need, and for this country. Something has to change in this country or we are going to not be a country much longer.

MERRY CHRISTMAS and a Happy New Year to all.

Christmas morning

Good Christmas Day to you all. Had breakfast this morning with our old pal at the only sit-down restaurant on the southside of town. Got very busy around 8:00. I'm pretty much done for the day. Julie has to go feed her brother's cat then she and Too are going to visit her friend Shirley. She's in her 90s and mostly alone. Been in the hospital all week until she was released and Julie took her home yesterday evening. Doctor told her she should consider hospice then released her to go home. She's pretty scared. Julie is about all she has around here. I'll share.

Hope y'all enjoy the rest of the day.....and this.

Merry Christmas morning all. Was 10 here, on the way to around 45. No snow yet, north part of the state getting some I guess.
Went to our church candlelite service last night, was nice, then home and watched a movie and went to bed at the regular time.
Chores are all done for now, gifts opened, as usual I got more than I deserve!
Will eat lunch with Gwyns' family at her sisters' house. Will be a house full and not all of them will be there.
Need to get my butt out side to the shooting bench and fire off some test loads, no wind at all right now.
Better get at it. Hope they shoot well.
Have a very blessed day.
GOD BLESS. Dean

Little late showing up today. It's sunny and in the 40's, very pleasant. We went to my son's for breakfast this morning and stayed all morning. Now we have the youngest grandson for the afternoon, giving his Mom a break. The lad isn't quite five months old and he's a sweetie. Nice to have a little one in the house even if he's crying a bit right now. We spent last evening at my daughter's with most of the kids and grandkids after spending Sunday evening at a sisters with a larger part of my family. It's been a good time with my family for a number of days and I am thankful for them all.

G'day Y'all,
Rick

Well, better late than never. Merry Christmas to the GoGo regulars. It's something like 48 outside and may go up another couple. Started out cloudy, but the sun's shining bright right now.

I'm late because our family tradition is for my local daughter and her family to come to our place for Christmas brunch. So, ol' Mikey's been up since about 8 baking biscuits, frying sausage and bacon, and all the rest. I forgot the baking soda in the first dozen biscuits, but they ate OK. Got the second batch right. Did a good job on the sausage gravy, if I do say so myself.

My granddaughter jumped the gun and in August added the newest member to our family. I'm doing my best to accept the little booger, because it can't be undone. His name is something or other the third, but he's called Trip.

I got several nice gifts, but here's the one that seems most suitable to show this bunch:

Can't you just see a bunch of Chinese assembly line workers trying to figure out why Americans would buy a car air freshener that looks like this?

Merry Christmas
