A beautiful sunny day already in Caldogna Italy heading to the mid 70s today.
And.
This is Blast Off day and I say my farewells to Italy. I walked down to the ice cream parlor yesterday afternoon and had my last Gellato of my lifetime.
This is indeed a beautiful Country and we have seen a lot of it, but I am not planning on ever being back here. Judy Brown? Who knows bout her, she's got another trip to somewhere at Christmas.
The train system here is remarkable and when you get it figured out, it is easy to navigate. The country is full of buildings 500 years old....1000 years old if you look a bit....Roman ruins are scattered all over the country.
I hope My family here escapes sometime next year and returns to the USA. 3 1/2 years is a long sentence to be in a foreign country.
I'm ready to head home to the USA and see some FatAss Wimmen at Wal-Mart, Ready to see my Damcows, my 2 Orange Tomcats, and my AR 15.
Outta here and George Foster will resume his duties. JR in Italy
