63° here in Upstate NY this morning under clear skies, the high temperature is to be about 70°. We have a 40% chance of showers for the next two days.

Yesterday I finally got the lawn taken care of, and got the two laptops done. Sunday I wanted to do it but it was to wet. Today I will be on the road all day.

Have a Wonderful Day Everyone.

Good Morning from Waseca, 62 degrees, partly cloudy with a high in the mid 70's. Another great day.
I spent all day at Gary's in Iowa Falls yesterday and it rained hard all day. Talked to the auctioneer and got the response I expected. I have too much "hayrack" stuff and not big draw a crowed items. So, he is thinking, said he'll get back to me in a day or so. Trying to find a way to sell everything so that the costs don't get so high that we make no money.
Staying home today, getting the RV back from the dealer and handling a lot of admin type issues.
Hope everyone has a blessed day,
Ken

Good Morning

70 to start this day, rained half an inch about 2AM. Have a Doctor app. this afternoon and just the normal stuff. The Daylily club meeting Sunday afternoon lasted six hours and that much time sitting is still killing my joints!! But I've got to keep going, no one else to complain to not even a dog!! Be safe and Prayers to those and country. Mike

morning all. 55 here with a good chance of rain, 80s later again.
Yesterday started off with fixing a sprinkler then serviced both balers. Went and tried to finish a field the boss man baled on Sunday, but my AC wasn't working again. So after lunch I put 2 cans of Freon in and went to bale, got the field done but the AC was starting to warm up again . Ask the New Holland shop manager to send out someone to find the leak and fix it. But no one has showed up yet.
Finished picking the apples off our one little tree, what's left the birds can have.
Time to move along. Have a great day, remember those in need of prayer.
GOD BLESS. Dean

Good morning folks. It is 70º with light rain here today. Maybe some strong storms later this afternoon. We must have had a shower come thru at the house yesterday because when I got home, the grass was soaked. Obviously, I didn't get my mowing done. Probably won't be dry by tomorrow either.

We're having the 2nd wettest year on record here, after 1972. And '72 was high because of Hurricane Agnes. We haven't had any tropical storms this year to add to the total. We are within an inch or two of setting a record. Unfortunately, all this rain is going down river and really screwing up the Bay. Floodgates are open and lots of debris and mud are entering the Bay. It's like chocolate milk. I was going to try to get down fishing Labor Day weekend, but it looks like I might as well just put the tarp on the boat and forget it.

The good news is, we're getting close to bow season. I took the opportunity to pull the bow out, wax the strings and shoot a little. First time since I had my eye surgery. Did pretty good out to 30 yards. Further was a little rough, but I don't usually shoot that far anyway.

Well I guess I need to get busy. Prayers offered. Have a good one!

Good morning, GoGo. It's 71 in Louisville and only going to 81. Doesn't look too overcast, so I guess the cooling is from the front that went through yesterday. We had a thunderstorm just before noon that was one of the meanest I've seen in a while. Thunder, lightning and rain that looked like it was coming straight from a fire hose.

Y'all have a good'n and be safe out there.

Low 70's this morning in the hollow. We had a little rain overnight and might get some more today. We are now over our annual rainfall average for the year. This is OK for the most part but is causing lots of delays on the new range construction. We had 6" on Friday at the range and will probably lose all this week. August is usually pretty dry around here, but not this year.

G'day Y'all,
Rick

Good morning all...at the shop still welding cones....getting close only 17 more to do. Tony has been chewing away at a large block of forged 4340 to make a new ram for a steam hammer for a forge shop he does work for....their 100yr old stuff is wearing out. Video here of hole drilling in the lathe.

Good late morning all. We're up to 73 in Indy a bit after 11:00, heading for 80. If it doesn't rain, it's missing a good chance. I hurried out of here this morning to get breakfast and play a quick 9 holes of golf. Lunch and a nap are just around the corner. Maybe some time in front of the Dillon.

Dinner with my younger son and his crew at the Sugar Creek Brickhouse this evening. Not near as fancy as it might sound but pretty darned good. Meets all Indiana standards by having a great breaded tenderloin and pepperjack cheese balls! Super hero stuff right there.

Have a good rest of the day.
