55° here in Upstate NY this morning with the high temperature to go up to about 69°. We are to get rain, some thunderstorms today with up to 1/2" of rain total they say.

I got out hunting yesterday but didn't have any luck. Today and the rest of the week I will be busy with computers.

Have a Wonderful Day Everyone.

Good morning, 49 in Iowa and not raining. High no rain in the forecast today, that is good as we are parked in a soggy spot.
Senior day at the campground today. Preaching this morning and fellowship this afternoon. I plan on going home tomorrow.
Hope everyone has a blessed day,
Ken

Good Morning

71 here in NC Ohio with rain in the forecast but not on the radar? Its been six days since I mowed grass and now cutting 10 inches !! Kinda reminds me of cutting hay for 50 head of Jersey milk cows in my past. More of the grass and garden work today. Be safe and prayers to those and country. Prayer for Scot & DD and the family for Gods grace in their time of need. Mike

morning all. 45 and damp. Low 70s for a high with chance of showers.
We got some rain yesterday, not enough to hardly settle the dust but enough to get the hay wet.
I got another field (125 acres) baled yesterday, only one more the same size to go! :) But I doubt it will bale today with the showers going on.
I'm taking my calves to the damcow sale barn today. We got them in and sorted up yesterday in the rain. Some how in the process I twisted my knee, really hurts and is hard to walk but work goes on.
Gwyn took the day off to ride along, it's three hours each way so will be a long day. Sure hope the cattle prices are up today
Have a good day, prayers for DD and family. I could use some too, please.
GOD BLESS. Dean

good morning folks. It's 65º here and foggy as heck. I really dread these shorter daylight hours. Hard to get out of bed for work in the morning. Got a text from Gabriel last night. I might get to see him today if they make it to Gettysburg.

Hunted last night a bit. It's so wet the farmer never got his hay off (2nd cutting). It's over waist high and hard to walk through. His corn is past ready for silage and not quite ready for ear corn. I bet he has to wait until it freezes to get the corn picked and he might just say to heck with the hay. It was over 80º yesterday and I got all sweated up getting to my stand. Then the skeeters almost carried me away before dark. I did see a few deer. 15-20 with 5 of them being bucks. Nothing big enough to shoot and nothing within 100 yards. Neighboring farms have beans that are still green. I won't have any luck until they turn yellow.

Better get busy. Prayers offered. Have a good one.

Good morning, GoGo. It's 73 in Louisville, going to 83. About a third of the area will get thunderstorms this afternoon.

I'm working from home today and should have a pretty easy day, although one never knows. I probably should be smoking something, but don't have any meat thawed. Last week I sliced a pork butt into country style ribs and they turned out really good. They're great eating 'em as ribs, slice and eat 'em as a sandwich, and last night I sliced some and threw it into a stir fry with hoisin sauce. Miss Cindy said it may be the best stir fry I've ever made. Charlie's been trying to get me to smoke a beef chuck roast and I need to give that a try. We need to get Honest George to tell us what he's been cooking in that new smoker he now has.

Y'all have a good'n and be safe out there. Let's keep DD Kruske and her sister in our prayers.

Mike, Miss Sue made a small eye of round on Sunday. Rub, smoke at 275-300º for about 2-2.5 hours or until internal temp is 140º. Pull off and rest. Slice super thin for sammiches with lots of bbq sauce and horseradish. YUM!

70º or so and partly cloudy in the hollow. Looks like I'll be home most of the day. When I got up this morning I couldn't think of much that needed doing, but when I sat down at my desk and started my daily list it seems I have a number of chores. Nothing big, just quite a few little things.

I vow to never vote for a democrat during any of my time left above ground and encourage everyone else to make the same vow and make it known.

Just to let you know...some Democrat Twitter Witch said the other day that "All White people born before 1962 should be Killed."
I believe you and I fall in that category.
