18° here in Upstate NY this morning with the high temperature to get up to about 30°. They say it will be a cloudy day today and tomorrow we have a chance of some snow.

Yesterday was quite a busy day being on the road for a good part of the day. Today I know I will be on the road all day. I have to go do a monthly check on a customers office computers and one employee has a personal laptop she lost the password to. I told I would get her into while I am there.

Have a Wonderful Day Everyone.

Good Morning, it's 43 and overcast in Trinity, high of 53. It's building up for a rainy week.
We should have the staff house finished today. Couple of small projects but don't have the supplies.
What is planned next I am not sure, there is plenty to do here.

Hope everyone has a blessed day,
Ken
morning all. 12 this morning, with thick fog. Low thirties again today.
Sun finally came out yesterday afternoon, mountains really white :) just need more up there.
Worked around the shop for a bit yesterday, cleaning up some so I can try to change some hydraulic hoses and seals on the big yellow (JD) loader. Not wanting to tear into this one at all!!!
No coyotes yesterday but still lots of elk around every morning.
Better get moving, wish I was still in bed!
Have a great day.
GOD BLESS. Dean
Good Morning

19 here in NC Ohio with some sun on the way. I know why they call all this tech stuff "smart tech" cause it makes such a d--a out of ME !!! Lost all religion yesterday when leaving for a PT appt. had the new RAM running with key start then when I pushed the start button it died and wouldn't start [email protected]#[email protected] Then I realized I left the key on the table! I stopped and asked the salesman if my beg for forgiveness interceded before the fleas of a thousand camels reached his arm pits! Be safe and Prayers to those and country. Mike
morning folks. 22º at the house, but 11º on the way to work. Chilly out, but looks to be sunny for a few days until the next batch of storms get here. Not sure what we're going to get. I've heard anything from rain to a foot of snow or more. I guess I better bring some more firewood in before Thursday. I don't know when I'm going to get any butchering done.

Well, I just got a call from HR...gotta report for random drug testing. Nothing to worry about on my end, just a PITA. Oh well. Guess I'll chug my coffee and run.

Have a good one.

Charlie

GOOD morning from the sticks of Kentucky where it is a cool frosty 28° this morning.
I am worried about Greyfox and Skruske. There was a shooting at a UPS facility somerwhere yesterday and since they both have missing pavckages....I figured one of them may have shot the place up .
And by the way, a UPS driver in Louisville has been found with a house full of packages that he stole. Seems he was selling stuff on eBay.

Well, we have another abandoned Damcalf in the Barn, I can't figure this out but another cowfarmer has lost 3 the same way this season also. I think my problem is heifer mom's.
The Skruske is hopefully somewhere that it is WARM today..?
MPS, my wifey is having the same problem with her Toyota RAV 4. So you ain't alone.
Off to feed the Damcows who are bunched up in the field waiting for me.
Doug , thanks for the uplifting Joke! I needed that.

Good morning, GoGo. It's 28 in Louisville, going to 39. We have some kind of precip later this week, but I don't think it'll amount to much.

Worked from home yesterday and am doing the same today. Avoiding the commute gives me back at least 1 1/2 hours a day, which is pretty darned nice. I'll make the drive probably twice this week.

As to JR and MPC's problems with push-button auto ignitions, I researched those about two years ago as I was looking for a new(er) car. What I learned was that those keyless ignitions are complex beyond belief and if you have problems with one it's likely to cost you a ton of money and grief. I guess it's one of those deals where if you don't have any problems, you think they're wonderful. But if you have problems with yours, it's likely to be VERY expensive and cause you all kinds of grief. I generally never buy an extended warranty on a vehicle, but a car with keyless ignition might warrant you thinking about that.

Y'all have a good'n and be safe out there.

Good morning from no where else but the shop....nice and cold this morning. I got the truck running so I can head off to pick up the rest of my steel for my flatbed. I still have to skirt it cut in the tool box openings and fab the boxes and doors.
I got my hitch in yesterday so when the bed comes off for final weld I'll install it.

I will probably finish up some small parts when I get back from town then start back on my bed or maybe help run a machine as they are covered up and shorthanded.

Hope everyone has a good day!

Charlie a lot of place here have stopped drug testing at least for pot as they can't get anyone to pass it seems. There was an article where a local employer tested like 57 people.....3 passed and out of those 3 one made it more than a week on the job! Straight up crazy.

Morning gang, 32 headed to 42, cloudy gloomy ole day! Got to ship a bunch of boxes today, wife is at dentist getting a tooth extracted, I am sure she will be in a good mood the rest of the day! Pre op meeting went well, have my surgery scheduled in 2 weeks, give or take, they will have to call me in about a week to pin the day time down, could be moved up a few days if someone cancels. The biopsy's they took of my hip came back negative for MRSA and any other infection. I am looking forward to getting able to walk on two legs, not one, been on crutches 3 months and man is it getting old. Well got to go, a lot to do today, Buff out!

Praise the Lord! Great news Sam!
Very, VERY glad to hear that report Sam. Itsabout time you caught a break.
Took a Vet into the VA early today. 'Nam era, abt 25 yrs in motor pool, another umpteen cutting meat- production, then years w his own road tractors and 3 trlrs. Very interesting to talk to.
My truck title is still in limbo somewhere....IN does not have it so I can't get it transferred. Second time I have tried. ???
Overcast and it spit mini flakes earlier. I'll pass on the precip. thank you. Whatever good that will do.
Was able to get several hundred 17-223 and 198 6BR out of the shaker and wiped down y'day while the kat's kept me company.
UPS driver stealing?? Absolutely ludicrous, stoopid and idiotic.
$30+ an hour and you getcherazz fired? We had a driver making $22, no other marketable skill, steal a $49.95 printer off a biz's dock. Whatta maroon in Bugs Speak. Akin to a nurse or Doc snitching some Happies from the cab't. Even if being dishonest wasn't a problem, just do the math! 57 you say Shane? I'm hearing that EVERYWHERE. Can't get'em to show up 5 days straight. Ah well, it's going by The Book. Tom out.
