47° here in Upstate NY this morning with the high temperature going up to about 61°. We have a chance of some showers today but after all it is April and long as they are not snow showers.

Yesterday was quite a nice day all told, we had a few showers in the morning and it got up to about 70°. I was on the road in the morning but able to work at home in the afternoon. Today I will be on the road more.

Have a Wonderful Day Everyone.

I got all the pictures photographed for the last album yesterday along with getting Adobe's issues fixed.
This morning my wife has a doctors appointment at 8:30 iin Irving. That is a 20 miles of rush hour traffic.
Hope everyone has a blessed day,

Good Morning

52 here in NC Ohio going to 65. Have more work to do on garden beds, gives me the chance to sit outside with rifle in lap for certain barn residents. No luck so far but someday those GH's will make a mistake, a deadly mistake. Enjoy the season, be safe and Prayers for those and country. Mike

morning all. 29 with mid 60s later, but windy, high wind warnings out for today and then the rest of the week we have a chance for snow.
Busy day yesterday, working in the shop on the old Chevy truck we haul water to cows with. Water pump went out but can't seem to find the right one. Will take it to town and try to find a match today.
Had to work on a tractor in the field yesterday also. Shift linkage broke and it would shift to high gear on it's own. Got it going again with out much problem.
Started working on the seeder also, will take a few days to get it ready to roll.
Sure didn't sleep well last night, spring time allergies getting to my head.
Did whack another coyote yesterday, dumb one just stood out in the neighbors cows and waited of the lead to get there. :D
Time to move along, have a great day, remember the prayer requests.
GOD BLESS. Dean

Great morning folks,

43° with a few fast moving clouds do to windy conditions here near Halfway USA. Great day yesterday where we enjoyed 72° for a couple hours. SNOW in the forecast tomorrow - 1" to 2" expected, not expected to stay long. No spring warm up until next week in these parts.

I've been focused on .223 brass trimming out in the barn. All the pieces I had sized are set to length. Next task, remove primer crimp on about 4000 pieces. Then sort by head stamp for those that I will keep.

Grass is just beginning to turn green. Critters are showing up. Rabbits are doing what rabbits do in the Spring.

Good morning, GoGo. It's 60 in Louisville, going to 74 and mostly sunny. More rain due Friday and Sunday.

We got the call yesterday that Cindy's dad died about 9:30 that morning. It was a blessing, really, as he had lost so much weight and had so many medical problems that a good recovery just wasn't in the cards. We appreciate the prayers you folks have lifted up and I'm sure God heard them because John's last days were generally pain free.

I worked from home yesterday -- check off another Monday, Charlie -- but am going downtown today. Will take tomorrow off for the funeral, then will "swing the hammer" some more Thursday and Friday.

We'll be praying that Melissa's test results are good today.

Y'all have a good day and be safe out there.

Good morning folks. It's 54º here headed to mid 70's again today. Calling for storms later, maybe. Probably jinxed myself, but I was at tractor supply yesterday afternoon and picked up some cabbage plants, went home and set them out. I also planted some turnips and beets. Ground may be a little cold, but I'm hoping we're over the hump with winter.

Yes Dean, it's allergy season. I'm still hacking up pieces of lung, I think. Eyes are watery. Need some heat and humidity to kill stuff off.

MPC has a bit of an obsession with these groundhogs eh? Kinda reminds me of this guy, no? :D

Well I better get going. Wish me luck...HR meeting today to discuss my new position/pay increase. I hope it's significant.

Have a good one.

54 and headed to 70 today. Sorry to hear the news about Miss Cindy’s Dad. Our prayers are with her and the family.

Got out to play with the new-to-me Remington in 300 Blackout yesterday. Even with a cheap little 3x9 scope, I was impressed with how well it shot. A new scope is at the top of my trading list now.

No rain for a few days so it looks like grass will need mowed and fish will need to be caught when I get off work this week. Now that the ground is drying up I need to get back behind Dads house and haul out an Elm tree piece by piece that we cut down last month.

Wishing good news to Melissa and Charlie today.

Looking forward to seeing what kind of adventure JR has gotten himself into.

Make it a good one

Morning Gents! Its 59º and Sunny headed for 80. Looks like a chance of storms later in the week.

The contractor got the damaged cabinet replaced yesterday and replaced the doors on the one that was ordered with the wrong doors. He will be back today to trim them out and start on the back splash. Its coming together.

If I can summon up the energy I'm thinking about packing up and heading to deer camp and trying my luck on the Turkeys. I've been wimpy this week.

Prayers offered for those in need.

You'all take care.

Well. Its a foggy morning here on the Damcow farm. Its so foggy i can't even see if they are out there..
Sorry to hear about Mikes FIL passing away, but hope he went painlessly.

Just got a call from Skruske's buddy Rick, and he is on the way over to measure a couple doors and replace them for Judy Brown...who is at Jusyin's house. That's the big project of the day....go retreive her. Maybe.
Not much got accomplished here yesterday as we had light sprinkles all day and JB told me to stay off the ladders.
Oh. I did sharpen a chain saw and cut a small dead tree.
I suppose i need to feed some hay from the dwindling hay pile.

I saw this jeep at the light a few days ago, i definitely admire the driver.

Good morning

Good morning all. It's 55 in Indy heading for near 70. Got a text message supposedly from Comcast while I was eating breakfast this morning. I don't trust anything that comes across the phone from an unknown source so, Since I was close, I dropped by the Comcast/Xfinity store just to see if it was legit. They said it was even though it was from a 6 digit number. Scratching my head over that. Nice lady said it looks like we've upgraded your service and your current modem can't handle the speed available. I sadi neither can I, thanks for checking. She said, if you've got no problem, ignore it. I get home and there's an email from them saying there might be a problem with my connection and here's how we'll help you check it. I run their test and it says there's no problem. They are experts at wasting time.

Might take a swing at a golf ball or two today.

Hoping for good test results for Melissa. Charlie, take two aspirin and mail me $10. We'll both feel better! JR, stay off the ladder and avoid that Jeep until you get a good look at the driver.

Have a good day.
