66° here in Upstate NY this morning, the high for today is to get up to about 78°. We are supposed to have showers for pretty much the rest of the week.

Yesterday was a busy day, I was on the road a lot but I am going to start slowing down some. I have decided it is just about time to start smelling the roses, now whether I will or not I don't know.

Have a Wonderful Day Everyone.

Good morning from Branson MO. 69 and cloudy, high of 86. We are pulling out this morning and heading towards home.
Yesterday we went to see the Sight and Sound production o Sampson. It was good, everyone enjoyed it. I need to reread the story of Sampson again to figure it out.
Looking now like we are heading to Minnesota via two stops in South Dakota. Hopefully we can get home by Saturday.
Hope everyone has a blessed day,
Ken

good morning folks, and happy HUMP day Mike. It's a sticky 70º here this morning. Had a storm roll thru last evening, about the time I got off at the gun shop, so I didn't get my mowing done, or anything put away from the boat. I still need to hose off the rods and reels and wash the boat. Need to get the salt off the trailer brakes, etc. too. Nasty stuff.

Guess I'll find my shovel and start digging out the desk. Have a good one gang.

HAPPY HUMP DAY, GoGo. It's 72 in Louisville, cloudy and only going to 84. Rain started sometime during the night, although most of it seems to be passing slightly south of us. Sure would be good if it'd ease north a bit and water my 'maters some.

I've been struggling with a misfire problem in my Savage 6BR ever since installing a bolt lift kit that makes the bolt smoother. Can't have misfires in a rifle you use for competition, so I ordered two things: (1) a Wolff firing pin spring and (2) a complete, new, Savage-made firing pin assembly from Midway. Got those in yesterday and will be making another range trip early Saturday.

Kermit, my prediction is that Elijah will do just fine with the work in public school. The only thing that may throw him a little is trying to figure out the kids who have behavior problems. Your community may be small enough that those behavior problems -- both the kids and their parents -- aren't as bad as here in the big city.

Y'all have a good'n and be safe out there.

morning all. 55 and breezy, on the way to low 80s.
Got my baler back together and we got 130 acres baled yesterday, another 60 ready for today. Need to get as much baled today as we can, calling for rain again tomorrow.
Also got a gear box put on one of the sprinklers, turned into quite a job for some reason. Usually not all that bad but things just didn't go right.
Haven't even seen any p-dogs for several days, guess the three I shot last week were all there was.
Running late, slept in, Gwyn has the day off, she had a bunch of dentist work done yesterday and is kinda sore.
Have a great day.
GOD BLESS. Dean

61 headed for upper 90s

Kermit tell your son to jump in with both feet in HS. It is not easy if he is a quite person. We home schooled through 6th grade with our oldest. She ended up being student body president her senior year in a town of 10,000. Of course she is our social butterfly. I believe that by 9th grade kids have their head screwed on right if they ever are. Well as much as a teenager can:p
Leaving for the Steens mountains in the morning it should be a good time.
Have a great day gang.

Clear.with 60's now & 80's later in the Wyoming desert.

Tuesday was expensive. New front glass in the ******* Limo, full tank of fuel, filled two gas cans, filled propane tanks, New wipers for the new windshield. Worth it.😉

Cooper will be babysitting grandpa this morning while Maddox visits the doctor. Afterwards we will fire up the RZR & to exploring.

over 70º at sunrise and already hot here. How hot doesn't really matter, it's just hot. I have no faith in weather apps, the one I use on my laptop says rain is 90% probably for right now. The one on my phone says 30% for one hour starting at 10. Currently, only puff ball clouds in the sky. We could use some rain. But since my only crop is grass in the yard, it's not critical.

Other than the usual stuff, my current project for the day is to construct a prototype for target frames for our new range. My construction skills are minimal so we'll see how that turns out.

G'day Y'all,
Rick

Cooler than normal in SE Texas today. Only 92-94° but 100% humidity. SE Texas is a great place to live.

If you're a toad. Or a fern.
