32° here in Upstate NY this morning with the high temperature going up to about 50°. We have a high wind advisory for today with gusts up to 50mph possible.

Yesterday it was on the road for all day and today it will back off a little hopefully. The rest of the week we are to expect a possibility of rain showers with a slight chance of a snow shower mixer tomorrow.

Have a Wonderful Day Everyone.

Good morning from Bartonville Texas 55 and clear, high is 68. I slept in yesterday, wife had a early doctor appointment that we made with her daughter driving. Fort Worth in the morning is something to do with avoid. Traffic and goofy road construction.
Today we have old friends stopping by on their way back to South Dakota. Wife is excited, I will miss men's group.
Hope everyone has a blessed day,
Ken

Every week, Manny bought a lotto ticket hoping to win.

He never did.

Finally, he prayed and prayed, hoping for God's message. He was walking around the local fairground one day and a flash of lightning struck a light pole as he was passing by Madam Nadine's carnival stall. She was bending over and he saw she was not wearing panties.

He could see the number 7 tattooed on each of her butt cheeks. That week he bet on 77, as he thought God had given him a sign.

He lost again. Sad!

The winning number was 707.

Moral of the story: Never underestimate the importance of as****es in your life.

morning all. 27 with possible showers this afternoon, 56 for a high today and of course... breezy!
Worked on my service truck most of the day yesterday, well worked on the welder and air compressor. Got the oil changed in both and got them cleaned up some. Compressor is back in the truck with only a few things left to do there. Then I need to clean off the back of the truck and service it up too. Still haven't started servicing the JD tractor that is setting in the shop.
Was a quiet day around the farm, pay day and seems everyone went to town, except me. Haven't got my check yet, boss man went to town too but didn't give me my check . Guess that way he knew someone would be here to watch the cows.
Better move along, Happy Hump Day. Stay safe out there.
GOD BLESS. Dean

good HUMP day morning folks. It's 35º here and sunny as the crud sets in. Think my granddaughter shared it with me this weekend. Just what I need. Couldn't be much more busy at work, now I'll be more miserable. Oh well. Tough it out. Too busy to take off sick.

Gotta run. Have a good one.

Charlie

Here's a little humor to let you know I'm not all grumpy today.

Good morning all. It’s 36 in Indy heading for 60 and I’ll be heading for the golf course shortly. Loaded a few more test loads for the .224 Valkyrie. Mostly 69 SMKs but I’ll try some 60 HPs too just cause I’ve got a lot of ‘em. Probably load up some Hornady 77 ELDs before we go, too. Just wish the range was closer.

Off to sow some golf seeds. Have a good day.

Great morning folks,

35° with a cool breeze but the sun is out here near Halfway USA. 55° and sunny today.

Yard work & barn clean up got handled. I sorted brass for a couple hours or so. The tumbler shined up the stuff I picked up in Arizona. 3 more buckets to run through the tumbler yet.

Camper cleaning today. Probably both of them. The big double wide needs the Arizona dust removed. The truck camper needs the U.P. scrubbed out. I need to remove the bathroom door and put a coat of poly on it.

HAPPY HUMP DAY, GoGo! It's 44 in Louisville, going to 61 with sun. Should be an absolutely beautiful spring day, and I'll be sitting in an office downtown. Oh well, glad to have a good job and a car to get me to it.

Cindy's dad is still doing fair and eating at least a little. We're going to visit my mom this weekend and will stop by Evansville to check on her dad as we head back to Louisville.

Y'all have a good'n and be safe out there. With warm weather arriving we guys have all sorts of additional ways to get hurt. :)

Good morning everyone...38° here right now and looks like it might hit close 60°. Yesterday was pretty nice so after welding a spool I went outside to try to get my chevy truck to run.....it showed me no love. getting spark at the plugs and fuel. I put another crank sensor on it thinking it might be bad since it was caked in nasty oil dirt crud. Spark looks a little weak so might try a coil or test mine. I just put a fuel pump in it a few months ago so who knows.

I picked up my 260AI barrel for my Rem700 SA last night. Touched up the action face and lug face as they had some marks...only took about .0015" to clean up the marks. Bolt handle got threaded as well so I have bolt knobs on order from midway. At some point someone decided to paint the action and barrel so I stripped it off last night with acetone. The action will need coated some how soon. Hopefully I can get it together in a few days and do some shooting this weekend!

Hope everyone has a good day!

40º in the hollow this morning, looking at 70's every day thru the middle of next week. My wife has gone to keep the grandson so the dogs and I are currently unsupervised. Later this morning I intend to go to the range to do some final prep to the target frames and hang the boards for the scored targets. When I started working on all this stuff I had forgotten just how much was involved. If everyone who has committed shows up Saturday we will have a significant turnout, possibly the highest total for any UBR match other than the nationals. The weather forecast looks good.

G'day Y'all,
Rick

Morning Gents! Its 42º and cloudy here headed to the upper 60's. It will be a nice day but the rain and T'Storms will roll in during the night and most of tomorrow.

Getting a slow start today. We met friends yesterday at the lake and had fresh caught fish for supper. Sat around way too late and were late getting home and slow getting out this morning.

The last of the appliances are scheduled to be delivered today. I''ve got a buddy coming over later this morning to cast. My work bench in the shop is big and heavy enough for 3 or 4 guys to set up on and cast. We get together once a week or so, weather permitting. It makes for a good time.

You'all have a good one.

Greyfox has already rode thru here so i may be the last one that shows up.
It sounds like the new range is doing great, he has put a lot of hard work into it for sure. He is unsupervised, so i am sending Judy Brown and a bunch of wild Wimmen to go check on him as they are pulling out for Nashville later today. Something about an event at the Ryman Auditorium, not sure who all is going to be there.
Then I will be unsupervised for the few days except I have Otis and Bouncer to check on me.

Yesterday afternoon, I decided I would be Skruske and took apart the drivers door on my Geo Metro farm vehicle. The window would not go up and down. After a lot of adjusting, whittling, lubricating, and getting well Lubricated myself, I finally got it rolling up and down very well. OK. I was at Otis's house , and I decided to go home....Got to the farm gate and when I tried to open the Car Door the dam thing wouldnt open. I was stuck. I took the panel off while the door was closed and me sitting in the drivers seat....try that sometime.... and discovered the little plastic tabs that hold the locking rods has been broken by the window glass going in and out a few times.
Well I got out of the car. But I'm not sure how to keep it workin without new parts which I don't have. Cut a hole in the door panel? Call Skruske? Decisions.

Off to tear up something else today and try not get injured doing it as KF says. No photo today? Maybe find one.

Morning gang, looks like I was later than you JR! 50 headed to 66 here today in KY! I got all my seed sowed and fertilize put out yesterday, wore me and the wife out. MY back is out this morning from being on the tractor and getting up and down off of it. Right leg is numb, hoping that improves as I get around today. Going to look at a pre 64 30-30,
Winchester, hope to get a deal on it or wont buy it. Put together a .300 BO pistol with brace on it yesterday, and slapped a used 2x7 Nikon pro staff, thought I would try it at 100 yds and it was spot on left to right, about 2" high, I could not believe it. I have had this happen 4 times in the last 6 months, all were mounted low to the rifle/pistol, I mean. Well got to run, hope you all have a good one, remember those in need of prayers, Buff out!
