I picked up a box of Hornady#2822 139gr. Flat Point bullets,.284 dia (7mm)
They have a cannalore on the bullet and Im trying to figure out for what caliber they were intended to be used in.
There also For Sale (cheap )

I'd say the 7-30 Waters. In a rifle (Win 94), all you can use is a flat point bullet.

I agree with Terry N. That bullet was made primarily to load in the 7-30 Waters.

There is a load called the 7MM Shooting Times Easterner I know it is used for it's a lever gun.

I met the mgr at the gun dept. at the york gander moutain. A pretty good guy knows at lot of stuff and runs a good gun shop I have bought several guns plenty of ammo and a lot of reloading stuff. would rather go there than to hamburg see ya neighbor!!! scott
