I found this on the floor of my reloading room. I have no idea what it is or where it came from. It's just over 1/4" in diameter. Not a great photo but it's a decent representation. Looks to be some sort of friction washer/spacer/whatever.

TinMan is on the right track. Perhaps it is from a light fixture, lamp or ceiling fan.
