Depends on whether you're buying or selling. If I'm buying, the action is worth $200, the trigger-$75, stock $125, dies $100, barrel would depend on how many rounds. Unless I know the guy and the gun, I have to assume it's just another used barrel $100 max. The rest of the stuff is just add on's- no added value. $600 max would be all for me and that's generous.
